- Reason For Installation - To create a self-contained annexe for a relative on the grounds of their home, that is in keeping with the main property.
- Installation Time - Installation completed in 4 weeks:
- Main Installation - 3 weeks
- Internal finishing - 1 week
- Time From Initial Enquiry - Job completed within 12 weeks of customer's initial enquiry
Installation - After
- Base - Leka Xi frame, boards & insulation installed on groundscrews
- Walls - Leka Xi frames, boards & insulation, finished with 62.5mm insulated plasterboard and a plaster skim
- Roof - Leka Xi frame, boards & Insulation, finished with Sunset coloured tiles and EcoLite roof glass
- External Finishing - Cement render with painted finish
- Floor - Chipboard floor installed
- Ceiling - 12.5mm foil backed plasterboard & plaster skim
- Windows & Doors - uPVC Agate Grey (exterior) / White (interior) windows and doors
- Roofline - Black uPVC fascias, soffits & guttering
- Electrics - Power run to the building, and sockets and lighting were installed
