Having experienced inferior builders over many years, I was sceptical about Warm Roof Division, but from the initial meeting and survey with Shaun I felt very confident for them to do the work. The initial delivery along with a Portaloo and a skip arrived as per schedule on Friday and the roofing components were carried through to the rear and left ready to commence work on the Monday. Dan and Sam had the old roof off and new one on and watertight the first day. Their work was second to none and they rarely stopped working despite the very high temperatures. Any queries I had were answered professionally and nothing was too much bother. First fix electrical work was carried out on Tuesday by a qualified family member and the plasterers arrived on Wednesday, the hottest day that week, I have had lots of dealings with plasterers through the years and I can state without a shadow of doubt that the team Shaun provided were exceptional and did a first-class job which was absolutely faultless, including the clear up. Thursday, the finishing touches both inside and outside, including a deep clean on the conservatory, were carried out by Dan and Sam to the exacting standard that they had produced all week and the finished job was even better than I expected. I cannot emphasise the quality of the product or of the actual installation etc and several people who have seen the finished job and had their own conservatory roofs replaced, wished they had used Warm Roof Division. Just had this wonderful company do a replacement roof on our 20 year old conventional conservatory. It couldn't have gone better and was totally stress free as the crews that arrived to do the work were so professional. The whole turnkey project went like clockwork to the agreed timetable and the results after 4 days of work far exceeded our expectations. When we first started our building work, I was terrified. It’s such a huge investment, and there’s so much that can go wrong. I spent hours Googling, searching on Facebook, and asking around — but couldn’t find any clear recommendations. We met with eight different suppliers, and when we came across Warm Roof, I immediately liked them. Still, I hesitated because they were a smaller company. So, I decided to go with Anglian Home instead. Even though I’d read plenty of negative reviews, I assumed a big company would be the safer choice. The sales rep was great on his house visit - but after that, things went downhill fast. Communication was terrible. I waited ages for replies, emails went unanswered, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that if service was this bad before signing, it would be even worse after, especially if I ever had an issue! That’s when I decided to trust my gut and go with Warm Roof and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made! Every single step of the process was flawless. Shaun was patient and responsive, answering all my (many!) questions. The installation team was fantastic, even making a last-minute change when I changed my mind, something they had every right to refuse. But Shaun went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. And I am! The finished result is absolutely perfect. The difference in the warmth of our house is incredible, far beyond what we expected. I honestly cannot recommend Warm Roof highly enough. Warm Roof Division have just finished replacing our glass roof to a solid Leka system. Could not be happier with the result. Every single member of the team is professional, thorough, friendly and just lovely to have on site throughout the project. Absolute Gem of a Company. I've Got nothing but absolute total respect for Shaun, Emma and their family run company. Right from the start when Shaun came from warm roof division to give a quote there was no pushy sales tactics. He explained everything professionaly and was very respectful of my time and left me to have a good think about it. The quote was halfway between local builders and the very top companies for Supalite conservatory roof tiles installation. After the job was completed I'm now soo happy I've got a conservatory roof that not only looks fantastic, but will last a long time. It's also cool in the melting summer we're having and most probably will keep the warmth in the winter. Recently had our glazed conservatory roof replaced by Shaun and his team.  The work was completed to a very high standard and the guys were hard working and skilled.  We had a slight problem prior to the installation with an inadequate gutter and Shaun was able to resolve this for us in the new design. We are so pleased with our new ceiling which is much higher than we thought and the addition of downlights is great.  We are already seeing a difference in the room with the recent hot weather and we can't wait to see what it will be like in the winter.  The conservatory feels more like part of the house and we hope to be able to use it all year round.  Externally, the replacement tiled roof looks so much better and fits in well with the house. The Warm Roof Division replaced my conservatory in October 2024. Shaun was fantastic to deal with and his crew took my old conservatory down and built a new one in 3 days. Fantastic job and incredible value for money. The Leka roof is brilliant. My conservatory was a sweat box in the summer and an ice box in the winter. It would also make the rest of the house boiling hot in the summer months. It is now usable all year round and my house no longer turns into an oven in the summer time. It has been life changing. Shaun was very friendly whilst remaining professional. He was very thorough and gave us brilliant advice on the best construction for our needs. Then the team arrived.
