Quote Consultation

We will come to your property and have a chat about your requirements. We will then carry out an assessment and take some measurements, so that we can talk you through the available options, answer any questions you may have, and you can decide which product(s) you would like a quote for.

Step 2

What Will Happen At The Consultation

We Will - Be honest and transparent about our prices and timescales
We Will - Give you all of the information that you need to be able to make an informed decision
We Will - Only recommend products to you, that we genuinely believe are suitable for your requirements
We Will - Keep our consultation as brief and to the point as possible (usually around 30-40 mins), but equally, we won't be rushing off immediately if you still have questions you'd like to ask

We Won’t - Start off with a ridiculous price so we can give you made up discounts
We Won’t - Give you mis-leading information or exaggerate claims
We Won’t - Be pushy or try and upsell you products that you don't want or need
We Won’t - Overstay our welcome
We Won’t - Bombard you with texts, emails or follow up calls while you are considering our quote, or if you decide not to go ahead with the work

What Won't Happen At The Consultation

Step 3

Quote Issued

A quote is then emailed to you for the options discussed, usually the same day as the consultation.

Quote Accepted

Should you decide to proceed with the quote, as soon as you've let us know, we will complete the relevant paperwork and confirm everything in writing.

Step 4

Order Confirmed

Once the paperwork completed and a deposit is paid, we confirm your order via email and attach a step by step guide explaining what happens next.

Site Survey

We arrange a full site survey to ascertain final manufacturing sizes ready for order.

Step 6

Step 7

Installation Scheduled

After the order has been placed and a delivery date has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange your fitting date and look forward to seeing you again on installation.

Installation

Closer to the installation date, we will let you know what time the materials will be delivered, and we will be on site to take delivery and start the project. Throughout the installation our site foreman will liaise with you to let you know what will happen at every stage.
